• Never publish a playlist URL, username, password, MAC address or device key.
• Keep Android, Android System WebView and the player updated.
• Use only playlists and content you are authorised to access.

If the library does not appear

• Confirm the portal entry uses the same MAC address and device key currently shown by the player.
• Select Retrieve playlist once and wait for the confirmation message.
• Check that device date and time are automatic.
• Restart the player after a successful portal update.
• Test another network if the provider rejects the current connection.
