Before installing

  • Use a supported Android phone or tablet with free storage available.
  • Connect to reliable Wi-Fi for the first library import.
  • Remove older test builds before installing only when the release notes specifically require it.
  • Keep the device MAC address and device key private.

Download and install the mobile build

  • Open the official Xtreme HD Player download page on the Android device.
  • Choose Android mobile, not Android TV 32-bit or 64-bit.
  • If Android asks for permission, allow installs from this browser only.
  • Open the downloaded APK and choose Install.
  • Turn off the temporary browser installation permission afterwards.

Connect your authorised playlist

The player displays an app MAC address and device key. These identify this installation; they are not your IPTV username or password.

  • Copy both values carefully.
  • Open the secure portal in a browser.
  • Add the authorised playlist to that device.
  • Return to the app and choose Retrieve playlist.
  • Wait for live TV, movies and series to finish their first import.

Phone playback settings

  • Allow network access when Android requests it.
  • Set battery use to Unrestricted if the manufacturer closes playback too aggressively.
  • Use landscape orientation for video and portrait orientation for browsing.
  • Choose subtitles and audio tracks from the player controls when the source provides them.
  • Use Wi-Fi for large libraries and high-bitrate streams where possible.

Protect progress when a URL changes

Do not delete the device or create a second account just because the provider replaces its authorised URL. Update the existing device connection in the portal. Xtreme HD Player uses a stable library identity so matching favourites, history and Continue Watching progress can remain attached to the verified player instead of the old URL.

Why does Android warn about installing an APK?

Does reinstalling restart the trial?

No. A normal reinstall on the same verified device does not create a new trial.
