1. Information collected
If you accept optional analytics, the website records pages viewed, referral source, visit time, country and a randomly generated browser session identifier. Country is retained only as a two-letter code supplied by the hosting network. The website analytics database does not store your IP address. If you choose essential storage only, this visitor analytics request is not sent.
Customer records may include your name, WhatsApp number, email address, selected plan, connection count, purchase and expiry dates, order value and support notes.
2. Player devices and licensing
The player sends a one-way device fingerprint, app device ID and proof of its private device key to determine whether a 14-day trial, standalone annual license or included IPTV-customer entitlement is active. The server stores only a keyed hash of the hardware fingerprint and a salted keyed hash of the device key, not the original hardware identifier or readable device key.
A reinstall on the same device uses the existing trial or license dates. License checks are required to prevent repeated trials and unauthorised access. Device access dates, status and last-seen time may be retained for security, support and entitlement administration.
3. Playlists and viewing library
Playlist credentials saved through the portal are encrypted before database storage and returned only to an authenticated, licensed player. Public pages and logs must not display playlist URLs, usernames, passwords or device keys.
Optional library sync stores content identity, title, artwork, favourites, viewing progress and recent activity. It does not sync stream URLs, playlist URLs or provider passwords. The library is assigned to a private customer or verified-device identity so favourites and progress can reconnect when a provider changes its URL, after a normal reinstall on the same hardware, or when an authorised replacement device is verified with its MAC address and private device key. Completing a replacement transfer disconnects the old installation and moves its remaining entitlement without extending it.
4. How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, provide installation or account support, maintain customer and order records, enforce player trials and licenses, preserve an optional viewing library, prepare renewal reminders and improve website content.
5. Support assistant and WhatsApp
Questions typed into the on-site assistant are used to generate a relevant response and are not saved as support transcripts by the website. When an external AI connection is enabled, a question and limited recent context may be processed by that provider. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's privacy practices.
Never enter passwords, playlist URLs, full payment-card details or device keys into the assistant or a public message.
6. Security and owner access
Customer, order, entitlement, playlist and device-management records are available only through the protected owner dashboard. Public player portal requests are rate limited, device credentials are checked server-side, sensitive responses disable caching and playlist credentials are encrypted at rest.
7. Retention and your choices
Business and licensing records are kept only as reasonably needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, support, renewals, disputes or legal duties. Trial records may be retained after expiry so reinstalling does not create another free trial. You may request access, correction or deletion subject to legitimate fraud-prevention and legal retention needs.
